Silent Auction MultiBID is a hybrid platform between traditional real estate methods and an auction style component for open bidding. Probably the most distinguishing factor about Silent Auction MultiBID is that it strictly caters to licensed broker/agents or Realtors and DOES NOT deal directly with sellers or buyers. Potential buyers who are not under contract when looking at a listing must either find a buyer agent or choose the listing agent to represent them for placing bids.

We believe that open transparency along with a competing or bidding component provides the ultimate win-win for both Sellers and Buyers.

Silent Auction MultiBID was designed specifically to be a third party service to support Realtors when selling under the strategy of generating competing offers. Using Silent Auction MultiBID can also be a factor in eliminating compliancy complaints from disgruntled buyers or buyers agents against selling agents during unsuccessful negotiations by limiting agent exposure to offer mishandling.

Our fees for using the service are minimal in comparison to other alternatives as well. We charge a minimal fee for listing agents ($850 plus taxes) to use our services, and charge a Buyer’s Premium of only 0.15% of final sale price to the buyer.

In comparison, other platforms may charge a buyer premium of 5% up to 15%, or an administrative fee which can be twice our fee and more.
